help with blood pressure meds

my doc has me on lopressor since my surgery..the crap is way to strong for me, I never really had High BP...but they wanted to to keep it low.

my blood pressor the last week has not gone above 105/70...with this morning being the lowest of 97/65. I need to get them to adjust it. I always found the best combo for controlling your BP while on HRT is a good combo of a weak beta blocker and a HCTZ (potasium sparing diruretic)

I'm on 20mg of Lisinopril, 10 mg in the AM, 10 mg in the PM. That's per Dr's orders.

I take propranolol. I was supposed to stay away from caffeine but still have a monster, a coffee, and a soda a day and don't have many problems. Don't get the bp headaches i used to. I wouldn't see a reason why you couldn't use pre w/o supps

80mgs of Micardis every morning which is prescribed by my doctor.

Just because you don't have headaches anymore doesn't mean you don't have high bp anymore. A cup of coffee in the morning IMO is ok, but what you are doing is excessive with the energy drinks and pre w/o supps which have yohimbe, caffeine, taurine and ginseng knowing that you have hypertension. Hope your measuring your bp daily with a cuff.

As far as your NO supplement why not try the best anyway Viagra or Cialis.

10mgs of Lisinopril in the AM per my Dr.

Lisinopril is pretty mild and I take that along with Metoprolol.

As far as NO products and PWO that is something that you would have to try on your own. I have problems with my heart and other than Arginine I can't take any of the PWO even the non-caffeinated products.

As far as peptides I have taken Semorelin and Ghrp 6 and currently take CJC 1295 wo Dac and Ghrp 2 and despite a litte water retention the first 2 weeks it has not effected my BP.
