HELP WITH DAD - TRT FELLAS PLEASE COMMENT

So, My Pops had his test checked. He is at a 41...he should be between 300-700.

He's obviously has gained a lot of weight, just looks haggard and I really dislike seeing my dad this way. Especially growing up seeing him as a man who took charge and was full of energy. He's worn down with stress, 60 hour work weeks with commuting to other facilities. Child support gouging him 1200/monthly

I am willing to even just provide the tools for it to start. He has the insurance, I figure we can schedule a doctor appointment and see what he thinks with my fathers health if its fit.

It's all about how he feels! I noticed I was tired all the time and it would take me several days to recover from the gym. If he is healthy otherwise I would recommend it!

When he goes to the doctor get a complete bloodwork panel to make sure everything is in check. THen you can discuss TRT if all comes back normal.

Get a full panel/examination from a doctor to insure there isn't an underlying cause.

If you're going to self prescribe him, start him at a very conservative dose. Maybe 100mg/week (maybe others will think this is too high.)

Run it for 6-8 weeks, see where he ends up by doing a blood test and take it from there. If estro is too high, add in arimidex. Again start slowly. Let it run it's course and do anther blood test. Rinse and repeat until you get levels to where you guys want them to be.

I personally do HCG but I'm much younger. Some guys don't do it, I prefer to.

There is some new stuff out for injecting your TRT subq. I currently do not/have not tried this yet (I will in the future.) You can/should investigate this and make the determination yourself. I believe the theory is this form of administration causes less test conversion to estro.

Blood work is important, though don't take the numbers as gospel. My blood work consistently shows normal, though I am far from feeling that way. I have had great luck with sub q injections, and at this point will never go the muscle route. Hope you can get your dad feeling better.
