Help with dextrose

I just picked up some dextrose from my local brew store but there isn't any info on it saying how much is what? Does anyone know what the measurement breaks down to? Ex: 1oz = 20g

Use scales, there is 28g in a 1oz. My advice is get waxy maize instead. Over here dextrose comes in 500g tubs so if you use 50g PWO you would get 10 PWO drinks so you could guestamate.
