Heres my diet:

It's:- 255G Protein
- 225G Carbs
- 127G Fat
= 3100 Calories

I eat for Protein High Quality Whole eggs(6 at each meal).
I eat 150G Ground beef at each meal.
I eat The carbs listed below.

The reason i can only eat 3 times per day is time and Money(Choice of foods).

What do you guys think is it ok to eat only 3 times per day? And how do the macros look?

Also Drink 1 gallon of water each day.

What do you need help with? Putting on weight or cutting??

And what's your weight at? If you're at 220+ lbs protein trying to build mass its low.
Or if you are trying to cut weight your carbs can be high.

Me personally (again this is how my body works)
If I'm bulking with no gear I need roughly a minimum around 4000 calories and/or 275-300grams of protein a day. To see any increase in weight and/or size.

If I'm cutting I need as close to 0 grams of sugar is I can get and under 100 grams of carbs.

If you keep accurate logs of diets, training, and body weight/measurements
You will see a trend in how you respond to what you eat.

like eveyone said above what is your goal bro? also switching protein sources works good adding in some high quality flank steak and/or chicken in there is good to do giving you more of a diverse amino acid profile. or if your cutting fish is good.
