Sorry cant eat 6 times a day, way too much work. But i can fit 4 big meals.Here it is.The coconut oil i just greased a little the pan with it, not using as a fat source but just for cooking.
Breakfast:-8 Oz of Xtra lean Ground beef cook in coconut oil
-2 yams
-aspergus
Lunch:- 8 oz of Chicken breast
- White basmati rice
- Brocolli
Diner:-8 oz Sole cook in coconut oil
-1 yam
-aspergus
Late night snack:-8 oz of extra lean ground beef cook in coconut oil
-Brocolli
Trying to lean out 225 at 5.11
What do you guys think?
