Sorry cant eat 6 times a day, way too much work. But i can fit 4 big meals.Here it is.The coconut oil i just greased a little the pan with it, not using as a fat source but just for cooking.


Breakfast:-8 Oz of Xtra lean Ground beef cook in coconut oil
-2 yams
-aspergus


Lunch:- 8 oz of Chicken breast
- White basmati rice
- Brocolli


Diner:-8 oz Sole cook in coconut oil
-1 yam
-aspergus


Late night snack:-8 oz of extra lean ground beef cook in coconut oil
-Brocolli


Trying to lean out 225 at 5.11

What do you guys think?
 
can you tell me where i can go to figure out the use of this forum man? dont mean to hijack your thread but i cant for the life of me figure it out

It's to vague for me to tell. How many ounces yam? How much rice exactly? These things make a big diffeence

Personally this sounds way better to me. Maybe Also rearrange your carbs to where you are getting higher quantities at meal 1 , pre and pwo.
 
I used to say eating 6 meals Ed was to much work. Now I prep all my food for the work week on my days off. Makes it really easy to just put the Tupperware in my lunch pale Ed before I go to work. Not saying you have to eat 6 meals to grow but fit me it's to hard to get in the macros I need in just 3-4 meals. 2nd plan does look better
