The times are different each day because of my job.
meal 1 700 am, 8 egg whites, Oatmeal
meal 2 1000 am, 8 oz fish or chicken with brown rice
meal 3 100 pm same as meal 2
meal 4 400 pm 8oz lean beef, Should i eat carbs here.
meal 5 700 pm same as meal 2 and 3
meal 6 10pm Whey shake before bed.
Like i said times are different everday.
