Hello everyone,i don't like to bother about something that has been already discussed,but my case is a bit speciffic.I have tried some insulin protocols when on my cycle but didn't see so dramatic gains.I wonder if i do something wrong or have low sensitivity to slin.I have tried taking it before w/o ,after w/o but i think i recover better if i take it post workout.So i wonder why when i use it i become leaner??! I stay high in carb,stressed of the hypo .Also i keep up my protein high-220 gramms only from meat and eggs ,i also drink 2 protein shakes per day.My stats are 6ft 1' ,220 lbs ,i train pretty heavy -low reps, short and intense sessions.I take the insulin at range 8-10IU post workout.It's ridiculous to say,but i feel like when on slin i get rid off of glycogen and dropped fat a bit.I have read a lot about insulin before i took it,but that effect on my body is a bit strange.I am doing something wrong or what? I have gained few pounds fast,but it seems to be not fat,becauce i see myself and other people that i become leaner and more vains pop out.
