Help with my cramping calves

Im pretty freaking tired of my calves cramping up every single time i do anything with them, even just my body weight, one rep i cramp. the only time i can do anything with my calves is when ive done NOTHING else and i can do some single leg calf raises with no weight for a couple sets.

Nothing else in my body cramps, just my god damn calves. if anyone can help, i am starting to get really fucking annoyed.

Try adding some taurine to your diet,,,eat a few bannanas per day and drink plenty of water and fluids like gatorade.
 
eyesin, im sure you stretch and make sure to stretch out all ur calf muscle when you wake up, before bed, before training, in between sets, after gym, outta shower.. even on days your not training calf muscle. it is pain in the ass reminding yourself all day tho.

on what your problem is caused by "but"...
magnesium (plus sometimes potassium) seems to help older patients of mine... might be worth a shot to start, awfully cheap too..
pubmed.com shows good info for legs cramps plus magnesium
 
also

taurine is great, especially if stimulants are being used.
