Hey everyone,
It's been a while since I posted here. I've been researching peps lately for a few reasons.
1. Upcoming kneecap surgery
2. A little help staying lean
I've been reading for a while now and I think I'm on information overload. Funds are not really a concern. Looking to inject 2 to 3x weekly at most. Hoping a pep can help me out here. I have cjc w dac in mind, but I'm not sure if I can take that solo. Just want my surgery recovery to go smoothly and stay as lean as possible.
Stats:
32/m
6ft 250lbs
Probably 15% bf
Volume training 3x weekly for about 45-60 minutes. Diet is all over the place. I'm a corporate consultant and just can't plan meals at this moment.
