Help with proper HCG usage

Hey guys, I'm in the 10th week of watching my EQdvd(600) and sustdvd(800) per week..I have read before things like 5000 units every 4 weeks or so...its too late for me to do that, but my friend who uses it frequently says I should split 5000 units over my last 4 sessions and then wait the 14 or so days till the dvds are totally over..and take 5000 more units along with my Nolvitamins...does this sound right or anyone have any recommendations...I have 4 sessions remaining with tomorrow being the 1st So I'd like to start the HCG tomorrow if you guys recommend....theres probably already a bunch of threads about this, but I typed HCG in the search box and got no clear results.....thanks all!
