Hi Professionalmuscle, I have had about 8 years away from gear, last 2 of them away from training to. Started training again for a year ago(13 months). I was reely mucht out of shape 25-30 % BF 6" @ 220lbs. After a half year of training i began GH 3iu ED for 3months, followd by 3 month of 100mcg GHRP6 + 100mcg Mod grf 1-29 3x ED, the last 2 of those month I also did this:
test e 200mg ew
primobolan depot 400mg ew
Anadrol 37,5mg ED.
HCG: 300iu 3x ew

after that 1 month of:
nolva tapering 40mg/30/20/10
+ I have continiuet the ghrh and ghrp
And here I am now.
I am today 210lbs @ 14% bf. I am posetivily surprised by the peps, and actually like them more than the GH.

Plans fore the future:
I am going to have a gyno op next week ( old gyno from puppetry, though it have gotten worsere from years of gear)
After pop it will be 2 weeks of no training, 2 weeks natural training, and then I am going to start mass cycle.

Goal is to stand 220lbs at end of week 17 @ 12-13 % BF

This cycle is what I have I mind.
week 1-7: Gain lean mass
week 8-10: change body composition ( or cutting if gains were not all lean)

HCG:
week 1-12: 500iu 3x EW

AAS:
Week 1: Monday: 800mg deca + 900mg supertest
Thourseday: 200mg deca + 337,5mg Supertest
Week 2 -7: Monday + Thourseday: 200mg deca + 337,5mg Supertest
week 8 -9: Monday + Thourseday: 337,5mg Supertest

Anavar:
week 8: 30mg ED
week 9: 45mg ED
week 10: 60mg ED

PCT:
week 13: 40mg nolvadex ed + 50mg chlormid ED
week 14: 30mg Nolvadex ed + 25mg chlormid ED
week 15: 20mg Nolvadex ed + 12,5 mg Chlormid ED
week 16: 20mg Nolvadex ed
week 17: 10mg Nolvadex ed



FOR THE FOLLOWIN I NEED HELP:

1)
I do not want gyno, so I am planing to run
Femera
Bromo
B6
I just don´t know the dose, when to star or finish.

2)
Also will it be okay to run proscar, 1mg ED to be easy on the hairline?

3)
I want to continiu the ghrg and ghrp, would it be a good thing to take 2 weeks of them, maybe the 2 weeks I can´t lift due to the gyno pop? Or shall I just stay on comlitly?

4)
I have bin thinking about using slin as well, but I am intermediate fasting, and do not know how to best incorporate it. my day looks like like this:

08.00: Godmorning: Peps
15.00: 10g BCAA + peps
15.10- 16.30: training (fulbody 3xew)
16.45: Postworkout shake ( 75g carb 75g Protein)
18.00: food ( 75g protein)
21.00 : last real meal ( 50g protein)
24.00 : peps + SLOWrelise protein powder 50g protein
24.01: goodnight

Total Cal abaut 2500Kcal withs is maintain ( sitting on my ass whirls not training)
How to incorporate slin? I wash thinking maybe just take 5iu homolog with the postworkoutshake, working up tu 10 iu??


I know this post is a lot, but I really hope someone can help me out :)
