help with some serious size

i hope someone can help
i want to put on some serious size
i can get my hands on some gear

d-bol
can anyone tell me what would be the best to use
and for how long and how much
i weigh 190 and am 5'4 and are 43 years old havent use anything in 3 years
except prohormones on and off

What is your body fat? How much more weight and size do you want to put on? At 5'4 190 you sound like you are pretty big for your height. Maybe you should trim down to a lower body fat before you put on the size.
 
If you're getting sufficient calories, you can get nice and big off of Sus, Deca and D-Bol. I also find that above 1gram of test per week, my body fat seems to lower even though I'll be eating big!

You may want to try something like this:

Dbol - 40mg/day - 2 divided doses AM and PM
Sust - 750/week - Basically 250 mg every 3rd day
Deca - 400/week - 200 mg Mon and 200 mg Thurs

Do that for 6 weeks and see how you're doing. If you really want to blast off, front-load the SUST for the first week. Hit up 1 amp (250 mg) every day for 7 days. The faster acting esters will kick in quicker and you'll get off to a nice start.

As a warning - depending on your georgaphic location, much of the SUST around is bogus. I know for a fact that here in NYC many good bros have been taken for a ride - and for some serious $$$ - on fake Nile and Organon amps. Likewise, other "Eurpoean and Arabic" types of SUST have been tagged as 100% inert. Just a heads-up guys, know your source...

Just remember the basic equation to gain weight. Calories in has to be greater than calories out, so have some fun and EAT!!

I am still amazed when i see how much we should eat and eat clean..write it down and you'll see that 5000 cal's is alot of calories if you keep it clean foods..there is no perfect meal plan nor is there a perfect protein powder to help...i think you have to choose how much weight you want to gain and if your will to sacrifice a little leaness for mass....rewards can be great but what you put on you have to take off...it is a tough call at one many of us battle with..

We all want to get big and ripped at the same time and it is realistic to put on maybe 1-2 lbs a week if your lucky with no bodyfat..i think...i have found if i gain more then 3 lbs a week atleast half of that is fat and water..

the best gains that stay and keep came from primo, tren, masteron, deca parabolon ,and prop...this is just my opinion but for me this was and is the way to go...and a bit easier on the system (minus the tren/parabolon) stick with anabolics and the gains are slower but nicer looking..IMO

I like what you have for a general program but give some thought to a few ideas i may have given you...they are just thoughts may they be good or not ..i have a few ideas for an older athlete like you.and me (37)..talk to you soon bro
