you are 6'2" and have approx 180 lbs of lean body mass. I would say train natural and leave the juice til you are alot closer to your natural potential but that is just one opinion.
yes crowler has a valid point, but are you already on?????????? is so, point dismissed, how long hasve u been trainin??????? what are you eatin give me an avg day?? what juice? and cardio? trainin frequency? im 6" and 205lb and 15% (fat really after no trainin for 14mnths wkn as a nutritionist/pt on princess cruises lol) and im WELL past my gentic potential of bout 185lb i estimate as that would make me biggest eva in family.
heres full's seven point plan,
1; no drastic changes- please very important
2; cardio- a no brainer but it stil beares mentioning
why not try 30mins @60%max hr three times a week for 2wks then 40mins eod for 3wks, then swap one of those sessions a wk for interval trainin, ten lots of 20sec sprint/40sec walk. warmup and down, and increase intensity slowly, this will help your squats, think vo2 max.
3; increase protein- why? cos it fulls your belly, lol so you dont eat all the pies (mmmm pies damn im fat)
4; slowly cut out pasta potatoes, rice and bread.
have 50g powdered carbs before trainin, and up to 100g after each with 30-50g pro. this iksa all the simple carbs you need my friend.
5; eat lean meat and veges at least three times a day.
6; have one to two meals of protien shake and one med piece of fruit(no bananas too starchy) u can have l/fat cottage cheese instead of shake also as it fills me up better.
7; breakfast 4-5 eggs whole if no cholesterol probs thawise sub whites instead, i cup low fat milk calium helps fat loss. 1.5oz cheese, i med tomato and whateva else you want(greens that is, mushrooms, peepers etc) and scramble it all or make an omlette, two options so you dont get bored.
