Hey guys, I just placed an order with a new company but I got off of here for the first time and some of their stuff is cloudy and gelled up I do not want to mention who yet but I just want to know has this happened to anyone else and what should I do about it? so far the company said they would send me a replacement for one of the cloudyfiles still waiting to hear back from the one that is gelled up but I'm nervous to even run any of their stuff now and there is not too much info on it. not trying to be a bad name of the company just looking for help thank you

It sounds like it crashed just heat it up by putting the vial in some hot water for a while. Not a big deal at all.
