I am getting back into
Lifting and made a mistake so I need some help!! I use to weigh 280 and wanted to shred fat, yes I was lifting really Heavy, doing well in the gym, I started the low Atkins diet and went down to 210 I made a mistake and lost a lot of muscle, strength, etc. hormones, testosterone messed up... Now I need to get back to what I was doing I was only eating 800 calories, and two smallest a day ... I want to set my diet properly how can I?? And what to eat?? I am 40 5'11" and want to build muscle, afraid to touch a carb lol I know I will get a lot of shot for that!! But help is needed here!!!!!
