Hematocrit + Hemoglobin, Lipids, and Cardio

I know this has been discussed before, but would just like to hear some peoples experience with h+h, lipids, and cardio. What type of cardio, duration, and frequency? What kind of numbers did you see? On trt dose or blast?

Personally, 5x a week 20 minutes LISS (steady state) post-workout while going hard enough to get heart rate up to about 130bmp and a sweat going.
 
Iv just added in 30min liss daily with hematocrit creeping up from 44-45 to 47-48 will get bloods done again in 8 weeks.

Steady state endurance style cardio will be best. Will increase blood volume which in turn will lower hematocrit, similar to being super hydrated
 
My thought process in this as well. Steady state allowing for more blood volume and flow. Interested to hear back once you get your bloods if you wouldn't mind posting up.

Is hematocrit and packed cell volume the same thing? What are the best ways to keep hematocrit low? Or to lower a high hematocrit whats the best way?
