I know this has been discussed before, but would just like to hear some peoples experience with h+h, lipids, and cardio. What type of cardio, duration, and frequency? What kind of numbers did you see? On trt dose or blast?
Personally, 5x a week 20 minutes LISS (steady state) post-workout while going hard enough to get heart rate up to about 130bmp and a sweat going.
