Hematocrit/hemoglobin problems (again)

Nice. 55 really isn’t even that bad. I shoot for 51-52 these days. Or hemo in the 17’s. My cardiologist said a 17 is perfectly fine.

On a side note....how did you like the primo? I can't remember if I've ever read about you using it before. I've never tried it.....but been thinking about giving it a go when I decide to do another small "blast" with my TRT.

Yea it seems to want to be in the 51-55 range for me depending on what I am taking.

First time I used it. I think the results have been pretty good. Nothing dramatic but definitely a noticeable different without sides. I'll use it again

Careful with that number. Get as much blood drained from you as possible.

When I bleed out A couple quarts after my torn hammy I had nothing but compliments on how healthy I looked....Time to Bleed some.

looks expensive but if it 100% worked I'd pay it. I bought one on Amazon for like $60 and it turned out to be complete trash, one minute I'm at 21 the next 16, so I'm skeptical now to say the least. Would love to find something inexpensive that worked so that I can continually monitor mine. I also found this Cercacor - Noninvasive Hemoglobin Tracking for Sports Training but who knows how accurate it is.
