Ok guys, I know most of you are Pro's or are in the industry hard core. I respect that greatly, that's why I wanted to ask these questions here an not on my other board (where it's mostly about just staying healthy.).
I want to do a nude competition in July. I am a little scared frankly, lol. For those male strippers, you guys might have heard of it, it's called "Nudes-A-Poppin" and it's in Roselawn, IN.
I am going to do the house girls class, and what gets me nervous is that alot of my industry's pros will be there to Mc, and to judge. It's very intimidating.
So....I wanna get in better shape. Not only to feel better for me, but to take the edge of my nervousness.
This is me so far:
Age: 29 (30 this year is going to be hard...)
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 124-128lbs (give or take due to bloating that time of the month)
Measurements: 35D-25-35
Body Fat %: somewhere between 18-20%
I take a multi every day as well as another vit for hair and nail growth.
I want to cut down my body fat somewhere between 12-15%(?), not too cut but not soft either. Remember this is not a figure or fitness comp.
I currently work (dance at work) 4 days a week, work out on my Total Gym 3 days a week, yoga 7 days a week (flexibility is a plus, lol), and play golf anywhere from 2-4 days a week in the season.
I drink around a gallon of water a day, and try to eat lower fat, healthier foods.
I'm not concerned about the actual number on the scale, as much as the inche, shape and the BF. I would like to stay my current jeans size, but if I loose a size or two no biggie; just means I will have to shop at Hollister or the little girls section, lol!!! (I wear a size 3 now.)
I have had children, and have a c-section scar, but that's no biggie either. I deal with it as is now.
So with all that in mind, do you guys have any suggestions on how to do this?
I am fairly open to pretty much everything except "juice" (don't wanna get THAT cut or big, lol!)
New diet, more exercise, different exercise, whatever, I'm cool with that also except for running! They just do not make sports bras strong enough for natural 34D's! (but if I HAVE to I can duct tape them down I guess...)
I will try to get hubby to take a few pics of me now either today or tomorrow, and I will add them too. Just so you guys can get a good idea of what I already have to work with.
I do want to retain my flexibility, and i want to definatly add more upper body strenght (for someof those Uber cool pole tricks, lol).
Oh, one more thing; it's supposta be a theme style show, I have a few ideas in mind already, but what do you guys think would be cool? I'm leaning towards Princess Lei (yeah the slave bikini outfit) with the emperor's march to intro with and do some Powerman 5K after that. Does that sound cool, or should I scrap it and go for something else? If something else, then what?

I also added pics of some of the girls that have a good figure IMO. A mix of these girls is what I am aiming for.
