Ok guys, I know most of you are Pro's or are in the industry hard core. I respect that greatly, that's why I wanted to ask these questions here an not on my other board (where it's mostly about just staying healthy.).

I want to do a nude competition in July. I am a little scared frankly, lol. For those male strippers, you guys might have heard of it, it's called "Nudes-A-Poppin" and it's in Roselawn, IN.

I am going to do the house girls class, and what gets me nervous is that alot of my industry's pros will be there to Mc, and to judge. It's very intimidating.

So....I wanna get in better shape. Not only to feel better for me, but to take the edge of my nervousness.

This is me so far:

Age: 29 (30 this year is going to be hard...)
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 124-128lbs (give or take due to bloating that time of the month)
Measurements: 35D-25-35
Body Fat %: somewhere between 18-20%
I take a multi every day as well as another vit for hair and nail growth.

I want to cut down my body fat somewhere between 12-15%(?), not too cut but not soft either. Remember this is not a figure or fitness comp.

I currently work (dance at work) 4 days a week, work out on my Total Gym 3 days a week, yoga 7 days a week (flexibility is a plus, lol), and play golf anywhere from 2-4 days a week in the season.

I drink around a gallon of water a day, and try to eat lower fat, healthier foods.

I'm not concerned about the actual number on the scale, as much as the inche, shape and the BF. I would like to stay my current jeans size, but if I loose a size or two no biggie; just means I will have to shop at Hollister or the little girls section, lol!!! (I wear a size 3 now.)

I have had children, and have a c-section scar, but that's no biggie either. I deal with it as is now.

So with all that in mind, do you guys have any suggestions on how to do this?

I am fairly open to pretty much everything except "juice" (don't wanna get THAT cut or big, lol!)

New diet, more exercise, different exercise, whatever, I'm cool with that also except for running! They just do not make sports bras strong enough for natural 34D's! (but if I HAVE to I can duct tape them down I guess...)

I will try to get hubby to take a few pics of me now either today or tomorrow, and I will add them too. Just so you guys can get a good idea of what I already have to work with.

I do want to retain my flexibility, and i want to definatly add more upper body strenght (for someof those Uber cool pole tricks, lol).

Oh, one more thing; it's supposta be a theme style show, I have a few ideas in mind already, but what do you guys think would be cool? I'm leaning towards Princess Lei (yeah the slave bikini outfit) with the emperor's march to intro with and do some Powerman 5K after that. Does that sound cool, or should I scrap it and go for something else? If something else, then what?

I also added pics of some of the girls that have a good figure IMO. A mix of these girls is what I am aiming for.

How many times a day are you eating?

Can you post a sample daily diet outline?
 
You definitely have enough time to make some changes by July. We'll have a better idea once you put up some of your pics.
 
As excel said a sample diet would help but there are alot more experienced people on here than me that give you some really detailed advice as to help you reach your goals. I would say you have the right mindset getting going you have plenty of time just stay consistant with things and with the plan you put together and everything will fall into place for you.
 
kitana .............I have had many girls that have done that show [ although most girls from Cali dont go ....some do and usually win ] I have hooked up with a girl that won one year [ she was hot but nuts , but then again arent most of them ..] There are alot of crazy people and swingers that attend that event and expect to be on everybody and their mother s computer and camera for the rest of your life ......

Do this, post some straight on from the front , back and side and i will give you my honest opinion via pm .....Then I will give you my advice or refer you to a friend of mine here Steph collins aka hrdbdygrl.......she works with magum and know her stuff .........

Also .....are you a pole girl with lots moves and style ? Or are you more a mover and shaker relying on costume and stage presence ? Good luck ...i comend you on your healthy lifestyle ............good job ....
 
I eat between 6 and 7 times a day.

This is an average day:

Breakfast:
2 scrambled egg whites
1/2 grapefruit
1 slice lightly toasted whole wheat bread or 1/2 c oatmeal

Brunch:
slim fast bar

Lunch:
1/2 c baked fish
1/2 sweet potatos
toasted wheat bread

Second Lunch:
1c unflavored popcorn
or
plain rice cake
(this is just to take the edge off of hunger a little)

First dinner:
Slim fast shake made with water

Dinner:
1/2 c chicken (baked or broiled)
small salad
1/2 c orange sherbert

Late night snack:
1/4 c low fat low sodium pretzels
OR
those 100 calorie snack pack things (the oreo ones are pretty good!)
AND
handful of carrots
OR
cukes cubed

Usually some form of munchie and some chopped raw veggie to deal with the munchies cravings before bed, lol.

I don't really drink that much milk anymore, but I do drink a small glass (8oz) of cranberry juice a day (i get kidney infections easily), and I like V-8 too.

As far as veggies go, I'll eat any of them except for black eye peas (they are creepy) and beets (ewww!!!) Other than that, I'm good.

As far as meats go, beef, deer, sheep, turkey, chicken, duck, fish (with scales only) are all I can eat. (Jewish diatary law and all...)

I do occasionally have a diet coke, but I have cut out all hard liquor and beer, which really sucks; cause Guinness is soooo good too!!!

****ARGH!!!**** They won't uplaod becasue they are too big, and i still haven't figured out how to make then smaller!

I will add then to my desktop and add photos later on probably tonight or early tomorrow morning.

I got the pics, one good (well as well as I can get in the mirror) front, one side, one butt, and a good arm flex lol.

I am a mix of both actually. I can do some pretty good pole tricks, usually well placed in the song and speed of the music(for added umph, and show); as well as floor work and a little butt cheek bounce every once in a while if it calls for it, lol.
 
Lets see some pic's so we can see what you need to improve on.
 
I am sure there are others here a bit more qualified on diet, but I would nix the slimfast. Too much sugar in my opinion.

NOOOOOOOOOOO, that was the one pic I opened and said...DAYUM! Damn you!!! :mad:

Oh, went back and looked, yes, man face. I feel better now as I see I was just blinded by fantastic plastic surgery on those boobs (if I keep saying that I may believe it)
 
Luckily there is an easy solution. Go to https://www.download.com/ and download a copy of the software program IrfanView. IT'S FREE and you can use it to resize images... Example is I take my picture I use a HP camera and it makes the picture extremely large... but go to edit then resize adjust it to whatever size you want that makes it fit then go to save as and save it as a different name so instead of file hp101.jpg at size 2304 made it hp101a.jpg at size 800 by whatever lol... I hope this helps any
 
You know the first and last pics in the ones you put in your first post, require A LOT of hard work over quite a considerable amount of time?

Just as Big A was inferring to (I think), the pics that you posted of sample girls, are women that have REALLY done some hard dieting.
Just to give you an idea, I would say that they all are easily under 10% body fat.
I would recommend as you said... go by how you look in the mirror, not by a certain bf that you may be trying to reach. I've seen women get to a very respectable bf and yet still have some "problem areas" that were just very stubborn for them.
But you have a good amount of time to dramatically change the way your body looks. Don't be afraid to push some weights around if some of the members suggest it. With your woman's natural body chemistry, you won't turn into some overly muscular woman. lol. You will most likely just get more shapely and much firmer. ;)
Good luck dear. And definitely talk to iabadman. He knows quite a bit about the industry and is a GREAT guy.
