Hey guys just thought id post some before and afters.

Here is a picture of me in 2002. I was severely addicted to meth and i weighed 125lbs in this picture. I went to prison and spent most of the 6 years that i was there in maximum security so i stayed right around the same weight untill 2008 when i finally got out.

When I was in prison some guards would give me their old subscriptions to muscular development. I was awed by the physiques and the dedication these guys went through. I spent all of my time reading and re reading these magazines learning everything that I could about bodybuilding,nutrition,and supplementation. I got out in 2008 and got after it! here is a picture of me in 2009 after a solid year of lifting at 185lbs (natural)

I had blood work done in 2009 because i felt that i suffered from lower testosterone levels. My results came back at a mere 450ng at 25 years old. I was not pleased with this so I did my research and decided to start using anabolic steroids and use them indeffinately. I had already had a child during this time and one was all that i wanted so i am still content with the decision i made. here is a picture of me in 2010 after a year of using steroids and eating and training like a hog! i was 237lbs in this picture

I always wanted to compete in a bodybuilding show, so i decided to start dieting for one january 1st of 2011. things came up and i was not able to compete, but here is a pic of me 5 weeks out at 204lbs and around 7% bf

I havent taken any recent pictures, but im currently at 227lbs and 10% bodyfat. I plan on getting up to 240lbs at the same bodyfat and then try to maintain that for as long as possible. possibly doing a few shows down the road.

thanks. here is a pic of my back. my glutes and hams are definately my trouble spots. holding a lot of water too. i ran a diuretic for these pictures but was not using an ai so i think i was holding on to some due to estrogen still....

Thanks bro. I was 5'8 in that pic. It does look like I weighed a bit more, but I went to jail about a week after that picture and 125lbs is what I weighed in at booking. Just the way the picture looked I suppose.
