gotta bump the great customer service. I recently placed an order for some synthergine, but when I got the e-mail confirmation, it listed a total of 4 other products I didn't order. turns out I had ordered some other products a few weeks earlier and somehow the boxes were still checked from the previous order. I e-mailed them and it was rectified immediately and my account was credited the next day. great customer service AND their products surpassed my expectations.
