Here we go again

Well I thought I'd make an appearance on here again and try to start up my training again now I feel my life is in a little more order and my head is actually in a better place.

The training begins tonight. probably been at least 9-10 mths off serious training now and been natural throughout. gotta say I needed it.

just make sure you ease back into it. u dont want to go balls out and get an injury or burn urself out. glad to here man. keep us posted on your progress

I have been on a similar hiatus from training and supps as well. i haven't trained consistently in months either and am starting back up today as well.
i want to hear about everything you been up to. will holler at you soon! life is dramatically different for me since last time we talked.

It is good to see others that have been gone for a minute and now back. I changed careers 8 months ago and until 3 weeks ago have not taken the time to train or focus on diet. Not it is time to get back at it!

had my first session last night. bit of back and biceps. god the pain today. my arms are locked just short of a right angle. i certainly didnt miss the soreness the day after.

The gym i'm going to has an ex mr Britain as the owner so I'm hoping he can get me back in shape a hell of a lot quicker.
