Hey guys, dont get bore of me, i am still here after the devestating lost of condition and frustration i kept my strenght to keep going and absully i am looking better and fuller, holding a bit of water for increasing carbs to 400 gr 2times a day, doing cardio as hell, 2 hours a day, i do 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minuteson the stairmaster wich is for me a success...jajaja..

You look great

You look great for your past performances BUT......
1. You do not have enough muscle in your legs.........they look skinny actually........This is a PRO SHOW.........you need legs to place
2. You are lean but you still need to drop 10-20 pounds to look like todays pros.
3. The leaner you get the more muscle you appear to lose and the stringyer you appear........you need to know how to diet a little more strategically.
4. Anyone and everyone looks good in their back yard.........do not believe it........you need stage lighting.

Dave P did not screw you up, you just do not have enough muscle and did not get lean enough........You need to take responsibility for it and understand that this is the only way you can help your condition........Get bigger and get leaner......you ever see Dorian look flat? Wheeler look flat? Ray? Levrone? No, never because they had enough muscle. Flat just means that you are not muscular enough, no one to blame but yourself

Yes that was the first thing I noticed was the legs. Or more accurately Quads and hams...calves look good.

I love how you tell it like it T I IS. I respect your honesty. Most guys can not handle constructive criticism and always want to blame others. I hope to meet up and work with you one day soon.
I will be at the USA this year as a Heavy Weight. My first time, and I do not have any GURU's helping me. At least not yet.
 
Nice of Phil to say what many of us think. Big Heinz is a great guy and I have met him. However, I don't think he has the muscle to win even a pro qualifier in the US.

without a huge amount of additional muscle, your contest placings will never be more than a dissappointment to you Heinz. Palumbos diet had it's intended effect on you, it's just that you don't have the size you need to do well at the IFBB level.

One thing you can never say about Big Phil is that he doesn't kick the real deal...;)
 
Finally, someone plays devil's advocate with Heinz. It's great that he loves to compete but as someone a few posts up put it, he couldn't win his pro card here in the states. At 5'6" you can't afford to look stringy and expect to place. Good luck with future endeavors

Is that 800g carbs per day, when do you eat the carbs?

I know that Alex is pretty much a high carb guy, but I am not so sure this is a good idea for Heinz, at least not that high. He does need more mass BUT been ripped and dry will create an illusion of size and imo he has enough at this point to make a decent showing or to at least come in looking much better than he did at the last show. I wish him well.
 
Are you going to be promoting Professional Muscle at this show?

I have been always willing to represent PM in my shows, you can ask big A i ask him for a t shirt or business cards or something.I be happy to do it , and in fact i am always doing it by word of mouse.
 
Phil and guys, i am not out of this world, i do know where i am lacking.
I have been improving year by year, working hard and getting from my sport all i need and all my dreams, of course i would like to place, and i do know it very difficult for me, but remember i will some day.

Even without qualifie or take the pro card in another country or what ever you want to call it, i have been sharing with the best of the world, making videos, i have my sponsor and i am the face of MHP product Up Your Mass.

What else can i ask, some other pros dont have any support and if i got this in less than 3 years living in USA is for a reason.

I do know be a pro is tough, i am competing with the best of the world, and you know i am doing my best, most of the people just try and then they sit with big arms eating pizza talking like super gurus about who shoul or who shouldnt be a pro.

I do love Phil words, and i do understand his point, and of course i will fallow his advice and put on size and some day get in great condition.

He didnt advice me to do 800 gr i am doing my own stuff, i just wanted to say thanks about the pointers he gave me.
 
Sometimes you have to wonder is all the money spent prepping for a pro show really worth it?Heinz is the dream that important to you? if it is than keep going after it.maybe you should let bodybuliding work for you instead of working for bodybuilding.
 
Keep after it Bro, and stay confident. I will be pulling for you.

One thing is for sure you have the tenacity of a bulldog.
