Hey guys, dont get bore of me, i am still here after the devestating lost of condition and frustration i kept my strenght to keep going and absully i am looking better and fuller, holding a bit of water for increasing carbs to 400 gr 2times a day, doing cardio as hell, 2 hours a day, i do 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minuteson the stairmaster wich is for me a success...jajaja..
