Some peptide can repair or recovery a bit my hernia??? My vertebral disk is very 0dehydrated .. and sometimes have a bigggggggggggggggggg pains....

I can't answer the question and won't be much help. Only thing I can say is I had fused L4-L5, L5-S1. Rods and screws.. at the ripe age of 25. All I can say is I know the pain. Was injured in 8th grade.
best choice I ever made was to have the surgery.

Not saying that for you to have.... just sharing my experience.

Surgery can be fine thats treu, but when a peptide can do the trick that would be nice

For a hernia, if it doesn't hurt, surgery is an option. However, if you are in pain, surgery is almost always a must and peps will not help make the pain go away. However, using peps after the surgery will heal it much faster.

I'll agree that if you have sciatica then surgery would be the option. If that is the option, don't settle for less than the best dr you can find.
I definitely know the feeling of a herniated disc. Can be painful to the point that it takes control of your mind... like you can't focus or think because the pain is unbearable.

Take care of your back. Do stretching/strengthening exercises when possible. Back problems suck.
