For me, negative to COVID (or any bronchial-related issue/illness for that matter)... but:
What TrippplePPP & lookslikesausage said! And to be more explicit: if your symptoms are not going away, then (in addition to C-Spine, which I would think / hope you have an MRI), T-Spine and possibly even L-Spine = a must…
I once had some varying symptoms in multiple regions of my body (both upper and lower, including some of the same that you experienced)… ironically, most of my symptoms (according to online resources) were supposedly related to L4/L5 for lower body and for upper body the C-spine (radial nerve)… had MRIs done on ALL parts of the spine and the results were shocking:
L-Spine was near perfect (and far better than most for my age); C-Spine was flawless (ONLY FLAWLESS MRI I've ever had to date; it literally said 'Negative of all findings' or something to that extent)…
…but T-Spine was a MESS (and the doc said that ALL was from chronic build-up / old stuff that had been 'brewing') and was shocked I felt nothing previously (LOL, "straw that broke the camel's back" I guess!).
Doc treated me and symptoms went away like magic, so obviously they were coming from T-Spine. But the crazy thing was, every site I could find said the symptoms I had would've been L-Spine or C-Spine...
