I have. Turned out my hand were tight on pelvis end, started deadlifting often with perfect extension after having cortisone shots, took a long break first. Then built up from anything tweaking my back till I developed like that top gorilla ab and I can even round my back now with 400 plus on a dead with no belt and not hurt it. A big part of it isometric function of abs that came from banded dead’s and dead’s for 5 but volume. Also I hope you’re holding your breath while in hole of squat or when back is loaded and breathing at safe part of lift to do so and Re locking breath. I stay away from rows etc unless one arm. Even those are being phased is but more of a pendelay style and light. It’s been years and I’m fine.
