Thank you, Phil. I have alot of weight on my back with family problems and I am still pushing through it. I have the gym owners/trainners always pushing me to get each work out bette than the last. My gym is like a small family and that truly helps in gainning.

If you do buy Phil as a trainner... DO EVERYTHING he says.

Phil is BY FAR the best! I have been around the sport for around 25 years now and have tried various top trainers in the past. Phil's knowledge is amazing and I am learning all types of things regarding contest prep, diet, etc. I am also extremely impressed with how quickly Phil will reply to a question. Phil is training me for the 2011 Masters Nationals and I am completely confident that with his training skills I will look the best I can possibly look the day of the show. It has been a cool journey thusfar with Phil and I now have 7 months to go before my contest.

There are not enough words that describe how awesome of a trainer Phil is. When I used to compete Phil got me in the best condition and shape ever. He is not only an awesome trainer but also a true friend, no B.S. from Phil.
