honestly if ya watchthe way he trains on the video at md or rx i cant remember which you might guess why the down sizing.. looks like nothing but cardio.. i mean no rest and jumping from machine to machine and he says he has been training this way for years now.. good luck with that..
man when i watched his video on rx muscle that was the first thing i thought, I was like woooowwww he has downsized. when i stood with him in the first callouts in the 2007 north americans he was full, round, and had great shape. now he has down something drastically different from what he was doing.
not knowing what he looked like previously im trying to get a better eye for this stuff. to me his arms in some of the poses look underdeveloped, and his quads look soft. would you fellas with more experience say thats accurate?

what i think the problem is, its that monty went for conditioning and in the process of "trying" to diet down to a very lean bodyfat sacraficed a shit ton of muscle trying to do so, im sure he didn't mean to but maybe he got behind and had to do some drastic things in order to try and be ready.
