After some research, I couldn't find a damn thing about Caridase.

If you can get the active ingredient as Big A stated, it would be much easier.
AS for localized fat loss, try the guys over at Animal's board. some of these "crazy bastards" have some killer ideas for that.
Lower back always a hard spot for most people; myself included. You may want to try something that helped work for me. It sounds weird, but it works for me.
#1- Make sure you drink PLENTY of fluids if your going to do this. I take ZERO responsiblity for anything bad happening. (No bad experiences myself)
#2- Got the the Pharmacy and get a tube of Preperation H. Yup, it's Hemroid cream. Don't put it on your ass just yet!
#3- Grab a roll of plastic wrap while your there.
#4- Cover your entire midsection in Preperation H. Follow it up by wrapping the area fairly tight (make sure you can breath!) with the plastic wrap.
#5- Get a thin towel, wrap it over the plastic wrap. You might have to tape it. Get a 99 cent roll of duct tape. It fixes everything! LOL
#6- Get a TIGHT fitting Thermal underwear long sleeve shirt. Put that over your upper body. Lower body as well if you like.
#7- Put a TIGHT T-shirt on over that. Tight fitting sweats for lower body.
#8- Put a sweatshirt over that.
#9- Get off your ass and do some SERIOUS cardio!!! Yup, look at the tight ass chicks on the stairmasters and kill some calories.
#10- You'll be sweating your ass off. Make sure you drink LOTS of fluids.
This sounds crazy, but it worked for me. If it doesn't work for you, i suggest you use the plastic wrap to completely bodywrap someone you dont like and throw them in a river.
Use the Preperation H on your own ass to perpare yourself for the many years you'll get in prision once that person is found.
