ya amn the metzer books are a little out of whack, the man was very intelligent but I dont belive he praticed what he preached to a T, and he even admitted to working out more than he advocated. if you want a good book on high intensity with a cool story get dorian's blood and guts, he kind of took what metzer and jones put together and perfected it in my opinion.
by John Little provides a summary of several of his routines and techniques. It has some stuff on diet, but Mike just basically thought you should emphasize carbs. I think you pretty much get all his routines instead of buying separate books that way.
