Im frustrated. Just got done with a cycle of sustanon. 2cc's a week for 10 weeks. gained 10 lbs and got a little stronger. Was not my first cyle by no means, but now after 2 weeks off I weight 5lbs lighter than when I started. PCt i did 1 week nolvladex then a week of clomid. What gives here? Tired of not getting the gains I want and then lose more than I started with.

Is that on here or websearch. I used to get good results with what Im doing now. However, I quit working out for a long time and now Im really getting poor results. Dont know if its due to tolerance or weak gear, which I suspect. Also got an abcess from this batch about a year ago.

10 weeks bro, thats all i need to say. takes about 5 to really work and about 10 to start seing some chages, then you stop. maybe i'm the wrong guy to write about this but 10 weeks aint shit.

Terrible PCT, Bro. You're still shut down. Look up some ideas here and use them. IMO, keeping it without AAS is lots harder than getting it.

Easiest thing is to blast/cruise. But I'm not recommending it. It's a commitment and a risk that becomes a lifestyle and consumes more and more time, energy and money. Many benefits, and many downsides from legal to health.

Eventually, when/if you come off, you have to face this problem more or less anyway or go to TRT forever. Welcome to the club.

I thought 10 to 12 weeks were on the long end of cycles, unless u stay on all the time. I dont want to do that. Thanks for all the advice in this thread tho. Its been helpful.

It depends on your level of development. When i was 245lbs lean, I would have been very happy gaining 5lbs of true LBM. 500mg cycles are nice, but what are you expecting since as you've stated, this is was not your first cycle by any means.

Also, deca, sustanon, EQ, they are long acting products, 3-5 weeks of wasted potential in my opinion. That's why I never use sust and I use NPP, never deca. 10 week cycle is not a long time for these compounds.

No one is going to design a cycle for you. As previously mentioned, look at Big As Growth Principles For Beginners. Its in the articles forum.
