hey promuscle guys and gals,

I have been on here for a few years now, and this is my favorite site by far...I do go to MD and ON's R.A. site (cause i have to make post there for ON/ABB) but this site I enjoy the most...I just want to thank everyone on here over the years, for all the help and info...I think we have a pretty good group of guys and gals overhere that makes this place pretty special for most of us...Thank you !!!

Oh and by the way it's by Birthday..Im over the hill now at 35 years young !! LOL!!!
