Heinz, when I was reading your diet I remember you saying you were having a little trouble dropping the fat and I was wondering how often you carb up. Then I read at the bottom that you do NOT carb up.
I would like to hear from some of the experienced guys here what they think about carbing up to jump start the metabolism. If you have been going low to no carbs for over 4 months that may be your answer. I would think you need a carb up every week or 2 but will defer to the more experienced guys.
