tito didn't just lose he got totally destroyed. there wasn't one point in the fight where he looked confortable and he was never in control. couture had cardio like i have never seen before. he wasn't even really tired after the fight. suposedly he stopped eating red meat and changed his diet.
tito looked very big to me too. better shape then i had seen him before. he supposedly is very good at making weight and then blowing up before he goes and fights.

That fast weight probably made him sluggish...therefore he could not keep up...
