Ok you guys know I said I have a point to prove in next years shows and I want for the last few years I have left to be a heavy weight so I took some measurements.
I got really fat for the first off season of my life and hit 288lbs at one point for about two wks only but over the last 8 wks have gotten down to 262 as of today.
Now bear in mind my plan is to actually loose another 10 lbs and stay at this weight and just get as hard as I can over the next 6 to 9 months. I hear people saying already but how can you get bigger but not gain weight, the illusion grasshoppers the illusions.
anyway what size would this rank as a heavy at say 235 to 240lbs
Chest - 51"
Neck 19"
Biceps 18.75"( small yes my worst part) that is what the synth is for.
Forearms 15"
Quads - 31.5"
calves 19"
waist 34" would be 31" at comp time
if I stayed this size and brought my bi's up to 20" as a heavy what do you think.
I have judged a few shows but the heavies always gave me problems on what to look for and even more confusing going from a middle weight.
