Just dropping a Hey to the Board.
Have been a member for while, have been reading a lot lately and not posting. I can usually find my answer to my questions in some other threads. This board is Great. But I will be posting up some, time permitting. Also going to start a cycle log, with workout and nutrition attached to it. Time was really limited for a while working two jobs, being a dad and still hitting the gym. But will start my log and posting soon.
