So anyway, on the next course I've been thinking of running HGH at 10ius per day 6 Days a week. on training days doing it all PWO and on non training days splitting it with first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

Partly because I get it from my source at only $200 per 100iu so its proper worth it, and partly because I want to hit it hard over the next two months to get back in shape from the way i've lost size and shape the last few months.

Has anybody ot any ideas of what i can expect to gain or anything? Ideally from somoeone that has run the same amount before.

I am going to run a course of AAS with it but will more be looking to know what i can expect from the hgh at that dosage

with 10 ius ed you will see great results. it may take a couple of months. also i would recommend splitting it up into 3 injections a day. morning afternoon and evening for best results.

I think Ironville has a good Idea about spliting it up, im sure you would get more fat loss like that as opposed to all at once, but do you think you would get more mass from taking it all at once post workout?

Yeah slowpain, Ill keep it at that high dosage throughout. I'm gonna try a 6 monther if i can. I'm just going to play it by ear with the whole pain in my joints that i can get sometimes.
 
10 is good, perso I would go for maybe 2 more IU on training days
but make sure u have t3 and insulin to work with..........
 
at those doses would the slin need to be run everyday for few weeks on or whole time while on gh?
 
at that large a dose, i would think you would have some enlarged internal organs to look forward to. growth does not not what to make big and what not to make big so at high doses, it makes everything big.

I dunno about that too much. I've spoken to quite a few guys that have run that high an amount when they were pro's and they havent reported that back yet.
 
I dont see any reason to go that high with it, but to each his own. GH is all about time, not hitting a bunch of it for only a few months. you'd be better off at 3-4iu's/day for 2 yrs
 
well the proof is in the pudding. however, once your gut is disstended, there is really no way of fixing it. i ran 5 iu's and noticed some. to each his own, but when it comes to growth my opinion is more is not better.

what did you r diet look like while on??

i feel alot of that extended belly shit comes from eating heavy while on GH as well since alot of people report fat loss while packing in a ton of food..

it was all during a 22 week pre contest diet so it was spot on.

hmm..ive been debating hard on GH..so much mixed reviews..do you still see muscle growth at 5 ius?? is it safe to say chinese shit is more underdosed than something like jin or soma?

MD.com states you wont see shit unless you run it at 10ius

2-3 iu's a day is plenty. it has to be run for quite a while though before any changes will be noticed, but i contribute alot of structural change to the growth, shoulders got broader, legs grew, etc. i think lower doses at longer intervals is the key. i am dealing with a nutrionist now who is very educated on aas and growth, insulin etc. and this is his belief that most over use growth.

I'm not doing a short burst of it by the way. I have near on an unlimited amount coming in so i'm running it for 3 months then will just bring it down to maybe 6-7ius over a further 6 month period. the intial burst is for hyperplasi rather than getting lean etc hence the high dosage

In personal experience and from friends, it was always the IGF that caused the bloat of the gut more due to the majority of the bodys igf receptors being in the intestine.

Previously i've run hygetropin at 8ius a day for 3 months and didnt get any distended gut and i know that hygetropin is stronger than the majority of the blue tops at 10iu so i wouldnt really think there would be too much difference.
Plus, my understanding is that the hgh, when shot into a local muscle would have a conversion into IGF then onto mgf etc at that local site with overspill being minimal so unless i was running 10iu a day directly into skinfold in the stomach the swelling wouldnt occur to the degree that you have said.

The IGF-1 is produced in the pancreas when GH and insulin are combined. This causes the distended gut. Taking straight IGF-1 makes it worse, because obviously no conversion process. Low dosages is the key bro, you start going over 4 iu's long enough, combine it with insulin, and I guarantee you'll see that growth gut.

I cant run slin due to my hypoglycemia being severe. have to be careful with it. plus two of my friends have been put in comas with slin recently so kind of think it's a bit of a piss take for me to start taking it

good for you bro. insulin is dangerous and although it is extremely anabolic, it also causes marbilized fat. you know how you look at some steaks and you see white fat lines running all through it? thats what insulin does to you. also as already stated the reason gh works is because it increases your igf-1. so if increased igf-1 is the culprit for growth gut then large doses of gh are going to cause this. certainly i am no expert though. just don't do anyhting that can't be undone bro! lol!
