so this video also strengthens the argument for using insulin post w/o then correct? had a hard time understanding him, but sounded like he said taking gh raises insulin levels, so if you use gh pre, would lessen the need for insulin and use say Humalog post workout.

Gh does not raise insulin levels. I saw the video ages ago and he is hard to understand but the insulin is going to work synagesticly with the gh either way I would think. I did mutants protocol where you do the gh 10 minutes before the pre workout slin and worked really really well. This time in doing gh first thing in morning and insulin about an hour later 10 minutes pre workout so well see how that goes. By the time the slin peaks there should be gh passing through the liver creating a good igf conversion. The insulin will still be active post workout anyway and in fact if its humalog should even be about peaking by then which to me would suggest pre workout would be better. I'm only really thinking aloud hear and I bet real world results you wouldn't even see a differnce. Be interesting to hear what some of the more experienced guys say as you raise a good point

It's when it's at its highest blood concentration. It builds up over about 90 minutes I belive for humalog then starts dropping again. On set I guess how long before it starts working which for log is about 10 minutes I belive. Duration of action the time until it's cleared the system which I've read anything from 3 hours to 5. 3 hours is probably the point where is not really doing s great deal but still hanging about I guess. Quite a steep curve for log. Bear in mind every slin is different.
