Here is something anecodotall observed by me. I am on month six of Blacktops at 3iu a day. Hair, skin, and fat loss has all improved. CTS is moderate but tolerable.

I have been cutting slowly with cardio and low carbs. However, when I have a cheat meal and eat the carbs, the next day I lose significant water. My rings get loose and my body looks leaner. I drop 3-5 lbs overnight.

What is going on here? Should I not be eating low carb on growth?

I don't know but if I had to take a guess it may have something to do with you water weight shifting from subcutaneous to your muscle tissue where you now have additional capacity to hold more water.

Hgh inhibits denovolipogenisis and causes a shift towards the body's propensity to burn fat instead of carbs. High carb diet and low fat is best for recomp. This low carb stuff mathematically and scientifically doesn't make sense. You will not be able to store carbs as fat within reason.

I get same effect when on keto diet...
Doesnt really matter if in on hgh or not though. Im on blacks also 3iu a day for now, but as i mentioned, its the same without.
I wake up after a cheat day and look and feel much harder/fuller, and then drop even more weight next couple of days..

Same effect happens to competitors who are depleted all the time...they go out and binge after their show and wonder why they wake up the next day looking even more vascular and dry then they did on stage.

That sodium and the carbs filling out your muscle and pulling some of that sub q water. I experience the same thing when dieting, if I have a burger and fries I'll wake up significantly tighter and fuller

I ate an entire pizza before bed last night so I would be gigantic this morning after eating below maintenance, it looks like I gained 5-8 pounds of muscle overnight. My sister saw me today and was like “wtf happened in 2 days?”

I never use the cabs on the cycle of GH , I thought this stuff is not good for my body healthy ,I even not tired the beer and barbecue when using the gear ,for two years experience of gear ,I think the ragulate diet is most important for us gain the progress .
