Here is something anecodotall observed by me. I am on month six of Blacktops at 3iu a day. Hair, skin, and fat loss has all improved. CTS is moderate but tolerable.
I have been cutting slowly with cardio and low carbs. However, when I have a cheat meal and eat the carbs, the next day I lose significant water. My rings get loose and my body looks leaner. I drop 3-5 lbs overnight.
What is going on here? Should I not be eating low carb on growth?
