HGH and CARBS

I searched for the answer to my question but did not find it and that is what is the optimal way to eat carbs while using gh? I have read to not eat any carbs 1 hour before and for 1 hour after inject? I have also read that if it is low gi carbs that it does not matter? Thanks.

it won't make a goddamn difference. stop complicating it!
this whole "carbs and GH" relationship came along by an "extrapolation", for lack of a better term, of the insulin+GH relationship... it's not the same. it won't make a damn difference.
