ive read several different variations on this, but my protocol is, 1 1/2 iu in am when i wake up, 1 hr later protein shake, than off to gym, i work out early, than as soon as im done with gym 1 1/2 iu again, question is, ive been adding 50-75mg dextrose to my pwo shake, wich in turn is right after my second pin, is that the proper way to take my dextrose, or does it ruin the gh?..sorry confused, and i read pros answer here, so thanks for the help in advance....
