I'm 50. I swear with HGH use a couple 4 month cycles my foot size is a definite 13 whereas before it was always 11.5, 12, 12.5 and I grew at least an inch in height, no joke. People say feet get larger when you get older could be truth but I don't have edema in general. I workout very hard compared to people in general

My ring size has gone up more than 2 whole sizes since I’ve started using GH. It’s not just from swelling either. It’s permanent! My old wedding ring (that I wore for 20 years) doesn’t even come close to fitting now. It’ll fit my pinky but that’s it.
