HGH and Herniated Disc Treatment

Hey guys,

Sorry, I know I disappear for weeks at a time on this board, but a few of you probably know of my accident a couple years back and that I have three herniated discs (bulging, not ruptured) in my back. Basically, a big dude fell on top of me from a rope swing while I was tubing and ran off, sticking me with pain and medical expenses.

I started HGH in mid-April as an experiment. Multiple doctors said I wasn't a candidate for surgery, and I had exhausted everything else, so I thought I'd try HGH on my own. (Keep in mind, I am a graduate student... That was an ENORMOUS expense for me to show how desperate I was for pain relief. I just graduated with my MBA but I'm still looking for a gig that will pay me accordingly.)

Let me put it this way... I went from zero social life due to chronic pain to now being a bellhop at a luxury hotel (lifting heavy shit and being on my feet for 8 straight hours at a time) since then. I still avoid squats and deadlifts, per my doctor's advice, but I am a world and a half better. Before, I couldn't go on social functions without bringing the tramadol along. Now I don't even think of it.

Anyone else have a similar, borderline miraculous recovery like me? Keep in mind, I started feeling better DAYS after starting HGH, not months. IMO, the Congressmen who voted to make HGH a controlled substance should be executed for treason for sabotaging potentially millions of chronic pain patients' recovery.

I'm glad to hear that worked for your back. I've used it to repair my joints in general. It has reduced some of the popping and pain in my knees and shoulders. I took it for 3 months the Las time. I'm gonna run it another 3 months soon.

One thing that will help a herniated disc is an inversion board. They actually have studies that show that fluid is drawn back into the disc and it can repair itself. I am not too fond of the blood rushing into my head when I am upside down.

I've never heard of GH bringing relief of any type of back pain. I don't know how it would help relieve the pain associated with having bulging discs.

And...Medrol or prednisone might make those discs shrink back into place.

Time will heal them some more..just DON'T rupture one.

I've herniated mine twice...and tried the same thing..I didn't notice enough to say that hgh healed the injury..it took a few months to get better....I lifted very lightly during that time (per dr's orders to NOT stop lifting).....a pliates class was the best thing I ever did for my herniated disks...

I used HGH Power's Kefei at 5 IU/day.

One thing I should add is two of those discs had degenerated disc symptoms and that I'm 27 years old. Not sure if either helped in the treatment aspect.

But like I said, it's frigging night and day, not just a progressive "slowly getting better" like before I started.

Glad your back is better but there is absolutely no mechanism by which GH was responsible for the healing...time and being careful was. Gh is not going to move a disc back where it goes and its not going to eliminate the related inflammation or improve the hydration of the discs themselves nor regenerate appropriate disc spacing and nerve pathways.

I am an avid believer in GH , I also suffer from spinal nerve issues and disc issues , GH does nothing for it , there is no way it could. what does improve it?

neck traction device (hangs over door and pulls up on head)
inversion as stated above
ICE, ICE, ICE (this is HUGE)
intelligent training with minimized risks
forgetting about being HYOOOOOGE and just taking care of yourself
