Hi, i recently finished combo of GH and IGF-1 LR3. What i did was :
M/W/F 5ius GH IM post workout
T/T/S 50mcg IFG-1 LR3 SQ after lunch ( which is also after my sprinting training )
I am not bodybuilder, i am weightlifter and Olympic Sprinter on 100m... But i was on this combo for 6 week, and i got really thicker and more vascular, everyone was telling me, that i am bigger every week.
And my training is not for growing of muscles, and i eat mainteince calories.
So perhaps you could try...
8 ius GH IM postworkout...
and on non training days first thing in the morning pin 100mcg IGF....
And do it GH EOD and IGF EOD...of course separate days...
