same thing with people fearing nolvadex because of the drop in iGF-1. I take that year round too. Also people scared to take GH with a meal with carbs, another silly myth.

He doesn't say much, just that he has clients that do it everyway and it depends on goals but generally carbs will be only a minor hindrance for fat loss. For growing he recommends with carbs. Not much reasoning outside of his own personal experience.

It's important to note JM framed the question for HRT doses of GH, Supra doses are another story.

Funny you bring this up because Dr.Serrano has flipped his views on Met for whatever reason. He's one of the "metformin is metabolic poison" mongers.
