HGH and insulin resistance question

I am preparing to run HGH for the first time (4iu daily). I keep reading that you shouldn’t eat within 30-60 minutes of your injection because HGH causes insulin insensitivity which could result in high blood sugar.

However, I also read that HGH doesn’t really hit your bloodstream for 2-3 hours after the injection. So shouldn’t you avoid eating 1.5 - 3.5 hours after injection when the HGH is actually active?

Doesn’t seem to make sense - what are people’s thoughts? Thanks!

Just take the 4iu in the morning or split it up into 2 doses. Don't overthink at that dose

I’m not freaking out about it but I want to understand the reasoning and I do my due diligence prior to running anything.

Blood sugar levels peak 45 minutes after you eat and at about 2 hours they are almost back to baseline. Therefore, it seems to me that you should either eat before or at the same time as the injection and avoid eating for a couple hours post injection because blood sugar levels will be peaking when the HGH is in the bloodstream if you eat 1-3 hours post injection

Most wake up, take their GH and eat breakfast close to the GH shot and that would fall in line with what you are describing above. If you want to take a bit further then take 2iu gh with 2-4iu of regular insulin that way they both peak at around the same time and you do not have to worry about you natural insulin levels being affected by the gh

You gonna get insulin sensitivty issues regardless of the injection timing

But i still advise to shot when blood sugar is low (in the morning) and at night before bed.
