Hey

Going to start a cycle of Hgh 4iu EOD and Test E 250mg a week.

I will doing this for 6 months then PCT.

Experienced steroid user but new to GH.

Just like to hear people's opinion on this, I know some will say this is too mild and won't do much, others not.

Especially like to hear people who have done similar cycle.

Is it pharma grade? Averaging 2iu a day won't do much.
 
Yeah it's Omnitrope and Schering I've got.

I think I will see decent results with a clean diet.

What I've learned with steroids, is that more does not always mean better. I've took mild amounts, then ridiculous amounts and not seen that much of a difference, getting all the sides with the latter.

I was also thinking doing 3-3-4 GH EOD instead. I've heard this works.
 
Maybe think about pinning your research critter w/ ghrp2 / cjc no dac 5x day @ 100mcg each on your non GH days
 
Think u wasting the gh. I'd do 4ius Ed. That's my current pct cycle. 4ius and 250 test E.

If it's good gh do 2iu ed. It works.....people are skewed with more is better. Yes it works bbetter but uf it's good gh 2 iu's works

you really havent said WHY you are doing it.

Fat Loss: cut the dose to 2iu qd and 250mg q weekly is good.

Weight gain: More test, add an androgen.

Maintenace: 1-2iu and 250mg is fine.

Exactly correct brother, MORE DOES NOT MEAN BETTER. Been there done that in my younger years. its almost all diet that will do the job. Not that steroids don't do anything, but more does not mean better. As far as HGH is concerned I am in your boat. I ramped up to 4uis over the year with rips,, but I the only thing I got out of it was a little extra water retention. but again, i am still in the learning phase with HGH. I am still on 4ius with Rips, so I am trying to battle my water retention with keeping my sodium low, taking vitamin c, and vitamin b-6....and controlling my calories....

There is too many people out there who bang as much gear into themselves as they can, hoping it will greatly improve their physique.

According to his own website he ate 12,000 cals per day...

Egg Sandwiches, Bowl of Grits/Oatmeal, 5 Egg Omlet 3x French Toast, 3x Chocolate Chip Pancakes, 2 Large Ham and Cheese Sandwiches, 0.5 Kilos (1+lb) of Pasta, 1 x XL Pepperoni Pizza, 0.5 Kilos (1+lb) of Pasta, and various Energy Drinks

But obviously he just burns through it all as it stated he can burn 1000 cals in 1 hours training. 0.5 kilos pasta is part of a common meal for me :eek:

If I was going to go for 10ius a day, i definitely would switch to Mexi. I am only running rips at 4ius ed, and some of the water retention is killing me:banghead:(even with a great diet) If I was to run at 10iu's a day I might have to get another job as personal escort:D I don't think my wife would like that though:D

How do you divide the hgh throughout the day?

What about 5iu in the am following a fast/protein only until 6 or 7 hours later when the hgh has cleared,
2nd dose pwo in the pm followed by igf and then big meal about 30 minutes later.
so switch from fat loss mode during the day to anabolism after pm weight training; the only thing that scares me is the carbs after hgh+igf as I do not wanna get insulin-resistant.
for even more "power": Would ya add peps before hgh in the am and s-597 also pre or pwo in the pm??

Not a fan of IF. Show me one huge guy that got there doing IF. Show me a truly lean guy (4-5%) that got there doing IF. Plenty of guys around 8-10% yeah but thats not lean to me. Its a self defeating cycle.

I will answer the rest later.

There are a shit ton of health benefits to IF but we arent taking exogenous gh, hormones and god knows what else for health are we?
