HGH b4 fasted morning cardio. Questons. Effective? Hyped?

YBeen using GH for 9 months now at any where from 2-4iu split in the AM & PM or just PM. Loving the results and benefits. I am also well aware that an honest assessment is 6 months or more to see if GH is effective for a dose and duration.

I am now wishing to use it primarily for its fat cutting properties. I have started taking it upon waking with 60 minutes of fasted cardio. I go from moderate to HIIT trading cardio EOD. 5 days a week. My weight is in the high 190s, would like to get to mid low 180s. Sitting at 9-11%bf . Diet is spot on. I have it posted in HRT forum under Best Way To Cut On HRT

1. How long does it take for you to notice that hgh b4 morning fasted cardio is effective as part of a regimen and how much a difference have people seen in this protocol vs a traditional cardio protocol?Is it for real or overhyped?

2.What doses would be optimal for best fat loss results

3 What would any experienced user suggest about what TYPE of cardio is optimal for morning hgh with fasted cardio.

Apologies for numerous questions, just looking for what has worked best for those who have used this method as it is new to me. Thanks in advance!

You will get so many answers and mixed reviews on this question. I take on empty stomach or if I have food just protein and fats......I have gotten best results taking 1-2hrs pre workout that way when you get into the middle of your workout or towards the end your gh levels are hitting peak.

Good answer. That is what I am doing now. Lots of answers are good. Perhaps it will help me form my own theories and protocols that work well for me.
