I hear ppl on the threads using 10IU 3X PWO. What is the theory behind this? I don't think the body can't take that much hgh in at once can it? I mean what is the most hgh can the body take without wasting it?

In theory the most the body can handle is something like 2-3 ius every 2 hrs or so...anymore at one time and there is signifigant rise in diminishing returns.....that being said a lot of people swear by this way....I believe phil hernon does....and he knows his shit....
My point is (i think)....it's really hard to screw up gh....I've heard of at least 5 or 6 dosing schemes and everyone swears it's the best....try it for a while....than try Ed (my prefered method).....i personally can't handle large doses of gh...i get cankles and sausage fingers

I dont know everything, but my dog takes 10iu 3x per week PWO and its been good to him

The body can take it if you split 10iu thru out the day.
